Day 119: Bricking - window sills & half of front columns

Hi friends,

The last leg of the bricking journey is about to end with about 80% of the window sills and 50% of the facade columns been bricked. If the weather holds up I believe the bricking should be finished in the next couple of days and hopefully the roof tile can begin straight after.

    Hi Polo
    In most cases the roof tiles go on first then the bricking starts .Any reason why the bricking precedes the roof tiles ?

    Hi Andy,

    Normally they do the roof tiles first then bricking but because the brickies are hard to get, and our brickie just finished another job and was available the ss wanted to get them started before they go off on another job and we have to wait. I would have preferred the roof done first but not to be. I saw some houses around my area had the bricking done first before the roof tiles.
